This site is designed to acquaint family members and guests with the accommodations, rules and policies of The Beaver Run Hunting and Fishing Club. Adherence to the rules/policies, especially those regarding safety and the comfort of others will ensure a pleasant and most enjoyable visit for everyone. Any questions or concerns you may have should be directed to your sponsor, any certificate member or the club stewards. You will find a complete listing of rules and regulations posted on the bulletin board as you enter the club game room.
- Only a member or spouse acting at the request of a member may make reservations at the club.
- Reservations and cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to allow for adjustments in sleeping accommodations and purchasing of food.
- Club charges for late cancellations will be made to the member sponsor.
- Guests may not arrive prior to their sponsoring member, nor remain after their sponsor has left.
- All guests and members must sign the registration book upon arrival.
- Room assignments will be recorded by the sponsoring member.
- Guests should check with their sponsor re: expenses incurred during their stay.
- Payment can be made by cash or a check made out to : William Steinmetz. Sorry…No credit cards can be accepted.
- A minimal gratuity will appear on the meal/lodging bills. Additional gratuity may be offered to the stewards in appreciation for services rendered.
- Smoking is not permitted in the clubhouse.
- To emphasize the need for safety, anyone observed smoking on the clubhouse 2nd floor will be asked to leave the club property immediately.
- No eating or drinking above the first floor of the lodge.
- Parents are responsible for supervision of their children. No running or loud, intrusive behavior is to be permitted in consideration of the enjoyment of others.
- Children 12 and under may not use the pool table without supervision. Playing pool is not permitted after midnight.
- PLEASE DISPOSE OF ALL TRASH PROPERLY.
